Hartley Conference Center (Mitchell 130) / Mitchell Patio

When reserving, you can choose Conference Room Only (which includes kitchen), Mitchell Patio Only, or Both. If choosing Mitchell Patio or Both, and Headcount is greater than 35, please put estimated headcount in the "Description/Comments" field.

Effective 9/1/24, a sponsoring department/university entity and PTA will be required to reserve the Hartley Conference Center and/or Mitchell Patio.

Note: The Hartley Conference Center is currently available only for Stanford Doerr School of Sustainability meetings and events. Prior approval is required for reservations after 5pm. Please contact the Dean's Office for more information.

Note: Users are responsible for keeping the space around and in front of the electrical panel clear. Please be aware that blocking the electrical panel in the Hartley conference room is a Fire Marshall Violation.
