Instructions: Before using the golf cart, you must complete the Online Cart Safety Training PTS-1000 course via Axess and complete, sign, and return the Departmental Golf Cart Operator's Agreement form. Golf cart and key should be returned immediately after use and no later than 5PM the same day it was borrowed. For reservations longer than 4 hours or for after hours return, please request prior approval from the Dean's Office.
